At Quality Non-Ferrous Foundry we pour a wide variety of Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, and Copper alloys. Our casting capabilities range from simple to complex cored green sand, nobake, and permanent mold castings. We’re a job shop with production ranging from one to tens-of-thousands of pieces. If needed, at QNFF, we use a vacuum impregnating process to seal the internal porosity of castings designed for liquid conduits or processing.

Heat Treatment

QNFF offers several types of heat treatment options that can be tailored to meet your product’s hardness and other mechanical property needs.

Protective Finishes

QNFF can provide several types of protective finishes for your products including anodizing, powder coat, painting, plating, e-coat and many others.

Tooling Design

Our pattern making capability allows us to reduce lead times and provide innovative tooling solutions for sand, nobake and permanent mold casting processes.

Master Patterns

Based on required volumes, we produce high quality master patterns, prototype wood, plastic pattern equipment and core boxes out of iron, plastic, or wood.

Rapid Prototype

We can design and create 3D printed models for analysis prior to finalizing casting design. Prototype castings can be cost-effectively produced on temporary tooling.


Our engineering department can quickly design and create 3D models of patterns and core boxes for sand castings for your approval prior to production.   


As the final step in our casting process, our CNC milling and turning centers, drill and tapping presses and CMM system finish products to desired dimensions, shape and finish.
